Data Dictionary
variable	description
disease	The name of the Infectious Diseases reported.
county	The county in which the case resided when they were diagnosed and State-wide total.
year	Estimated onset date is the date closest to the time when symptoms first appeared from 2001 - 2020.
sex	The patient's sex as reported by the provider.
rate	The number of cases per 100,000 population per County, Year, and Sex using the calculation ((Cases*100,000)/Population).
population	The estimated population size (rounded to the nearest integer) for each County, Year, Sex strata.
